Today I did my shoulder and leg workout. I piled on about 18 plates, (45 lbs each) for this. I then read some fine print on the leg press machine and noticed it said the starting weight was 103 lbs. So that’s cool, I thought it was about 45 lbs originally. That means 45 x 18 = 810 lbs plus the 103 is 913 lbs. I can do it for 5 sets of 8 reps so I think my maximum weight is a lot higher for one rep.
