I did my back and bicep workout today. It went well but I find this one seems to take anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours. I think it’s because I need more rest time in between sets for the bicep part. Also, I had someone comment to me yesterday that “I’m pretty proud of myself, aren’t I?” I wanted to address that in this post. I don’t post this stuff to brag. I post it to motivate people and more importantly for my own accountability. It’s easy to skip a workout, eat like crap or don’t do cardio if you’re not accountable to anyone. I’m accountable to my site and anyone who reads it.That keeps me motivated and stops me from gaining back all the weight I lost. I’m not being a douche in posting this stuff, that is not my intention. My intention is accountability and my own motivation. So please don’t be judgemental and think you know my reasons for doing things, (if you are). This is pretty much directed at one person in particular and I think you know who you are!

Anyhow, here’s the workout:

Biceps:

  • Olympic bar curls
  • Olympic bar 21’s
  • Concentration curls
  • Incline machine curls

Back:

  • Deadlifts
  • Back extensions with 45 lb plate
  • Cable pull downs
  • Cable rows

Forearms:

  • Forearm curls with bar

Abs:

  • 3 x 25 ab machine crunches
  • 3 x 25 side bends with 45 lb plate
