Had a great workout today. My back is still a little tender from moving a 300 lb elliptical into my basement on the weekend, but it’s getting better daily. That’s the thing with working out, you seem to recover a lot faster then you would if you were not!

Biceps:

  • Olympic bar curls
  • Cable 21’s
  • Concentration curls
  • One arm standing cable curls

Back:

  • Deadlifts
  • Back extensions with 35 lb plate
  • Reverse grip pull ups
  • Cable rows

Forearms:

  • Forearm curls with bar

Abs:

  • 3 x 25 ab machine crunches
  • 3 x 25 side bends with 45 lb plate
