Well I finally got the template done up and coded so I can post in the public blog here now. I plan on posting my workouts, my diet and everything else I feel like posting here. I am now using this site for my own motivation to keep the weight off! For those that don’t know, I lost 100 lbs in 106 days. I had some serious motivation to do so, but I would have even without that motivation. I had someone close to me lose 100 lbs, but it took her 6 months plus to do so.
