Today was chest and shoulders, it was a great workout. I got up to 315 lbs on the bench press for 2 reps so I’m pretty happy with that!
- Olmypic bar drop sets
- Cable flys
- Incline smith machine presses
- Cable pull overs
- Incline bench straight bar cable extensions
- Rope pulls overhead with cable
- Reverse cable one arm extensions
- Forearm reverse curls with bar
- 3 x 25 ab machine crunches
- 3 x 25 straight bar rotations
